Important Information When Using the Hall

Please ensure you are familiar with our Conditions of Hire .  The most relevant pieces of information are listed below.

Music must cease by 10pm.

The hall should be left clean and tidy with all rubbish removed from the premises - please bring your own black sacs.  (Any attempt to leave rubbish in or around the premises will result in an instant loss of deposit.)

If you adjust the heating please remember to put it back to its original settings before you leave.

The chairs should be stacked in 3 piles of 10 and placed either side of the hall and all tables should be put away in the area next to the ladies WC.  As shown in the pictures below.

The hall is a residential area, so please keep any outside noise to a minimum and leave quietly.

Please ensure you arrive on time and are ready to leave the hall at the end of your booking.  Remember to save room for any rubbish you have to take away with you as it must be taken at the same time as you leave.

If the hall is left as described as above your deposit will be returned to the account details given by the following Monday
